"Stopped in when we a Google search told us they had chicken livers, walked out stuffed and satisfied and with a bag full of leftovers! We got the sampler for two and it was so delicious! The ribs were divine. I'm excited to go back and try more sides! The atmosphere reminds me of my favorite restaurants back in my hometown in Alabama. It's delicious, down home, and I can tell by the way the waitresses were talking with other patrons, that it's all just one big family."

"Fat Boys' Bar-B-Q portions are generous. The mash was flavorful, and the sides like baked beans and coleslaw hit the spot. Service was friendly, fast, and the ribs came out drier than expected. Prices are fair, but the overall experience didn't quite stand out compared to other BBQ spots. It's a decent place if you're craving barbecue, but not one I'd go out of my way for."

"In town from GA for a basketball tournament. Had a total of five families so we called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us. We were able to be seated right away on a Saturday night. The staff was fantastic! Took our drink orders as we walked through the door and had our drinks at our table in a matter of minutes. Our server was great, awesome customer service! I had the sliced pork platter that came with 3 sides and Texas toast. The pork was thinly sliced and very good. I am from TN and live in GA and this is the way I prefer my BBQ but it is hard to find it prepared this way except for in the East TN and NC areas. It had a nice Smokey taste, that was not over powering. The BBQ beans were some of the best I have had in a long time! The macaroni was tasty too. I sampled some of my wife's fried okra and onion rings. The breading in the okra was a little mushy but it had good flavor. The onion rings were top notch! All in all a great experience for my family and a nice find with some really good food. Can't say enough about the customer service here, everyone pitched in to help with our large party and all were very friendly. Even the older gentleman that bussed our table helped our youngest find the lollipop that he misplaced and left on a table when we got up to leave. Another worked never even said a word when she started to clean the table and the salt and pepper shakers made a mess when she picked them up because a couple of the 16 year old basketball players evidently were pranking. We made sure to tip her extra for the mess but she was very nice about having to do some extra cleanup. Great food and great people, thank you for taking good care of us!"

"I look for great food places, and I found this one. Really friendly wait staff. Fast service. Very, very good foods. I got the deluxe combo dinner with three sides. 3 ribs, 2 pieces of tasty BBQ chicken , beef and pork slices all smoked and not shredded. Tea, two slices of toast. All this Ina major tourist area for under 20.00. It was also not crowded on a Saturday night. I highly recommend."
